    Send Email to Other CMS Users

    You can use email from within the CMS to notify users of pages meriting their attention or other CMS-related issues.

    To send email about a specific page, first select that page in the document tree.

    1. Right-click and choose Send Mail. The Send Mail dialog box is displayed.
    2. In the list of users on the left, choose the user(s) you want to send email.
    3. To select more than one recipient:
      PCOn PCs, press and hold CTRL key to select more than one recipient.
      AppleOn Macs, press and hold the Apple key
    4. Enter a subject and the text of your message.  Note that the body of  the message
    5. Choose Send.
