The Office of Marketing and Communications is responsible for promoting awareness, understanding and support of the University’s vision, mission and accomplishments.

    Our services include:

    Marketing communications
We oversee University branding and overall marketing communications strategy. Responsibilities include the development and management of Pacific's visual and graphic identity and the creation of print and electronic materials, advertising, photography and videography for the University.
    Campus communications
We keep the Pacific family up to date on campus news and accomplishments through our weekly e-newsletter, Pacific Insider, frequent e-mail notices, and Pacific Review magazine. We also provide strategic communication leadership on major campus initiatives.
    News and media relations
We work with media outlets from around the state and country to tell the Pacific story. We also manage campus media issues and provide media training to faculty and academic and administrative leaders.
    Social media
We manage University social media channels to engage and communicate with prospective and current students, parents, alumni, faculty and staff. Our office sets standards and promotes best practices for social media communication.
    Web development and support
We develop websites, web content and applications that allow us to connect with audiences near and far. We also establish and promote University web standards and administer and train users in the campus web content management system.
