Patty Granados is responsible for timely and accurate processing of electronic personnel action forms (EPAF) in Banner in compliance with established procedures.   
  • Apply electronic personnel action forms (EPAF) in Banner in compliance with established procedures for staff, faculty, and graduate assistants.
  • Provides training and guidance to departments on EPAF origination and processing for staff, faculty, and graduate assistants.
  • Supports the hiring and on-boarding process of new employees for assigned groups in accordance and in compliance of established procedures.

Joanne Carvana assists with the administration of the Department's day-to-day operations; maintains and updates employment records and provides front line customer service.

  • Issue and process I-9's and background screenings for the hiring of students, temp/casuals/GA's, third party requests, volunteer and ID card requests
  • Administrative help in HR and will assist questions and/or direct them to the correct staff member who can assist them.
