Pacific Flex Feedback Form
The University is working on a year-round, three-city flexible work time policy for staff. The policy is designed to give staff more options in their work times, while ensuring that students and other stakeholders receive excellent service.
The team drafting the policy includes a three-city, University-wide steering committee, the Office of Assessment, Training & Technology, Human Resources on all three campuses, Risk Management, the Office of the General Counsel, the President's Office, and "Life Meets Work," a consultancy firm with extensive experience in higher education workplace flexibility initiatives. With input from University-wide focus groups of staff and supervisors, benchmarking, and industry best practices, the team has produced a Draft Flexible Work Time Policy for comment. Taking all feedback into consideration, the team will revise the policy as appropriate and submit to President Eibeck for her approval. Implementation will take place this fall, including manager training sessions, open Q&A sessions, multimedia support materials, and a comprehensive communications campaign.
All members of the University community are encouraged to provide anonymous feedback on the draft policy or other aspects of workplace flexibility using the form below.
Thank you for providing feedback. We are interested in your ideas and recommendations regarding workplace flexibility and we want your voice to be heard.
