Starting January 1, 2016, Pacific Flex is offering two options available to exempt and non-exempt employees on all three Pacific campuses:
**New staff members are eligible for an FWTA after they have successfully completed their new hire introductory period (see Section 3.9 in the Staff Handbook)
- A flex worktime policy may give employees the ability to propose an alternative start and end time for their workday with approval from division head or their designee
- An updated telecommuting policy may give employees the ability to propose a means for fulfilling job responsibilities from home or an alternate location with approval from division head or their designee
