Other Therapeutic Support and Waitlist Resources

  • Pacific CAPS continues to offer distance counseling via telephone or face-to-face videoconferencing to currently enrolled Pacific students who meet the eligibility criteria for distance counseling services. This service is available to clients assessed as being appropriate for this form of counseling.  Please see this page for more information.
    • There will be points during the academic year when CAPS has a waitlist, which means that you may not be scheduled for ongoing support right away.  Please access our CAPS Waitlist Options document for more information about the resources available to you while you are waiting for services.

  • If you are interested in using your own insurance to get connected to mental health services, including telemental health, please click here.

  • Our crisis phone therapist is available 24/7 at 209.946.2315 x3. 

  • Self-guided therapy is available through TAO. Sign up using your Pacific email address and work through the therapy modules that are applicable to your concerns at your convenience.
